On February 28, 2026, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed in a joint attack by the United States and Israel. Iranian state media confirmed his death after the strikes, and Iran declared a period of national mourning.
Good or bad? Yes. Two things can be true at the same time.
First, the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is a good thing and worth celebrating. He was an evil man who had no issue slaughtering up to 30,000 of his own people. His crimes against humanity are well documented. Women systemically faced rape, torture and death for crimes like speaking and not wearing a headdress. His near-50 years of reigning terror are over. And that’s a good fucking thing! (Khamenei vaguely reminds me of another guy who thinks he knows everything in a stunning Dunning-Kruger style, who has stripped women’s rights in his country, and sees himself as a religious Saviour…. What’s the fucker’s name? It’s on the edge of my brain….) Not too sure what’s next. But in a corrupt world living in a lawless time, it will probably not be a fair and just correction.
Second, when unchecked, unhinged and equally evil individuals (Donald Trump and Benajmin Netanyahu, I’m looking at you two motherfuckers, both with a vested interest in international chaos) upheld by a band of equally evil merry band of sycophants using unparalleled military force to change the leaders of another country, it can be the precursor to a very dangerous time.
This is not a first unilateral interference of a sovereign country’s manipulation for dear old diaper Don. On January 3, 2026, the United States carried out a military raid on Venezuela and captured Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, taking them to the United States to face criminal charges. (Maduro appeared in a New York federal court and pleaded not guilty stating he’s still the president of Venezuela). World leaders barely blinked. And a very bad precedence was set. (This is what happens when you don’t check a child’s temper tantrum.) And set the stage for Iran.
Now, for anyone who needs a refresher, under international law, countries are not allowed to attack another country or remove its leaders unless they are defending themselves or have permission from the United Nations Security Council. A military strike that removes a leader without that permission is seen by many world leaders and lawyers as a violation of those rules.
Further, according to the United States Constitution, only Congress has the power to declare war. The War Powers Resolution requires the President to seek approval from Congress for major military actions that last longer than a short period. Taking military action against another country’s government without Congress’s approval raises serious constitutional questions. Was Congress consulted in the attacks against Iran or Venezuela? Nope.
In short, when unhinged powerful men unilaterally use military force without national and international legal backing, and get away with it not just once but twice, it makes the world less safe. These national and international rules that are supposed to protect all nations. Ignoring upsets is fucking dangerous.
Donald Trump and his band of sycophants are lawless, unrestrained, and a danger to global order. Their checks-and-balances Senate and House are manned by politicians who have no balls. Mitch McConnell, the architect of the current political collapse in the US, may have found his testicles (he recently voted against Trump’s bill to change the voting structure in America) but alas he is spending his final days mostly trying to not to fall down.
Trump has coined his and Netanyahu’s war against Iran “Operation Epic Fury” and warns that more Americans will die carrying out this illegal war. How long will this war go on? Well, until peace is achieved. Fucking dufus President of Peace.
Trump is currently threatening to take over Cuba, and has also threatened Greenland (not Iceland you fucktard, invest in a fucking globe and give it a spin every now and then!) and Canada.
What happened in Venezuela and what’s happening Iran, if these power-hungry lawless asshats are left unchecked, set the ground for what lies ahead.
It’s going to get worse before it gets better. And it will only get better if American lawmakers stop groping around in the dark for their fucking testis. The international lawmakers also needs to take a stand. So far, only Russia, North Korea and China have declared Trump’s actions illegal. Say what? These aren’t the regular upholders of international law.
